A mistake in the choice or size of a product ?
In this case, the return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Send us the goods only by COLISIMO SUIVI post, including :
- A copy of your original invoice
- A full explanation of your return on plain paper with your choice for payment of return costs :
- Choice 1 “I authorize Hyraw design to debit 6 euros from the bank card used for the initial order”.
- Choice 2 “I send 6 euros by Paypal to the address : [email protected]“.

An error in preparation, a forgotten or damaged item?
In this case, HYRAW.COM will cover your return costs as well as the reshipping costs.
You just need to contact our after-sales service to report the anomaly :

You change your mind
The item you ordered ultimately does not suit you and you would like a refund ?
Your right of withdrawal allows you to return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it at home or collecting the package.

Please note : returns by Chronopost are not accepted
The item(s) must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and a letter expressly stating the wish to be reimbursed, to the following address :

Les frais de retour seront à la charge de l’expéditeur.
The returned item(s) will be refunded to the customer by the payment method used at the time of purchase (CB or Paypal), or in the form of a voucher valid only on our site, within a maximum of 30 days from their receipt by HYRAW. Please note: only the product(s) are refundable, the shipping costs remain due and therefore non-refundable.
The processing time for exchanges and returns is approximately 2 to 4 working days for mainland France, 4 to 6 working days for Europe or Switzerland, 10 to 15 working days for the French overseas departments and territories, 10 to 15 working days for international shipping upon receipt of the returned or exchanged products.
In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted.
Consequently, returns of damaged, washed and/or worn products will be refused.
