The purpose of this contract is to define the general conditions of sale and the contractual relations that are established between HYRAW DESIGN and its customer during a purchase These conditions are complete and final. They are enforceable against a third party.
The only jurisdiction in case of dispute is the Court of MARSEILLE.
Any order validated by a customer implies the agreement of the latter to all the general conditions of sale written on this site.
HYRAW DESIGN reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a previous dispute.
HYRAW DESIGN retains ownership of the products until full payment of the price by the customer.

Any purchase order signed by the consumer by «double click» constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can only be called into question in the cases exhaustively provided for in this contract as «right of withdrawal» and «out of stock».
The “double click” associated with the authentication and non-derogation procedure and the protection of message integrity constitutes an electronic signature.
This electronic signature has value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
By credit card, (you must leave a fixed phone number, no mobile). The online payment system is a secure payment method. When you give your credit card information, you are no longer at HYRAW DESIGN but in the Crédit Lyonnais (LCL) server, which ensures a secure payment.
In order to fight against fraud: Your IP address and the HOST data of your server will be recorded as well as the exact dates and times of transactions. This unique and formal identification binds you contractually. This information will remain confidential unless we discover an attempted fraud. In which case we will file a complaint and all data collected about you will be forwarded to the Public Prosecutor for investigation.
Orders paid by credit card are served within 72 hours (product availability is updated daily to avoid items temporarily or permanently unavailable. Despite this, it may be that an item is out of stock within the day, we will contact you by email, or by phone, to have your choice on: the length of time tolerated to receive your order, the desired item in replacement of the missing item, or the cancellation of this article and the modification of the amount of your payment.
The price of the port was calculated as accurately as possible. Shipments are made with french Colissimo by mail.
Upon receipt of your order, check the contents and condition of the goods. If you notice an anomaly, refuse the package. We will settle this dispute with French Post and you will receive the products ordered as a replacement.
The consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 working days from the date of delivery if the products do not suit him.
The items must be returned at its expense in good condition, complete, not used, unworn.
In the case of a product return, only the amount of the product is refunded.
Shipping costs paid when ordering are non-refundable.
They may request a refund or a credit note in the form of a voucher.
